New Delhi, August 4, 2025: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has issued a notification inviting applications for multiple vacancies on deputation basis across its benches in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and other cities.
According to the circular of (F. No. 10/121/2016-NCLT(Pt.V)), the vacancies include positions such as Deputy Registrar, Court Officer, Private Secretary, Senior Legal Assistant, Assistant, Stenographer Grade-I/Personal Assistant, Cashier, Record Assistant, and Staff Car Driver posts .

Deputy Registrar: 1 post (New Delhi) – Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)

Court Officers: Multiple posts across Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad – Level 8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100)

Private Secretaries: Posts in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and others – Level 8

Senior Legal Assistants: Posts across several benches including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad – Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)

maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 56 years as on the closing date. The deputation will be initially for three years (extendable) as per DoPT rules.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory bodies, fulfilling the required educational qualifications, pay level experience, and service conditions as detailed in the official notification. Law graduates and those with experience in administrative or court matters will be given preference for certain posts.
